On-Premise Wine Making
We are fully equipped with top of the line wine making equipment and supplies to produce fabulous wines on our premises. Careful monitoring of each batch of wine is guaranteed under our supervised staff. While we take care of most of the muss and fuss, Provincial Regulations require the on-premise wine maker be present in our store at the beginning of the wine making process. No appointment is necessary and your initial visit should take no more than 5 minutes. Simply stop by and we'll get you started. You need not visit us again until the wine is ready to be bottled. This entire process takes from 4 to 6 weeks depending on your wine selection and we take care of the muss and fuss in between.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We guarantee all on-premise
wines that leave our store for a full three years from the date the wine
is bottled. If you are not happy with your wine,
we will gladly replace the wine for you.
